What the recordings show

One conversation. Controlled next steps.

Every behaviour below is shown on screen in the recordings, in the customer chat and in the reception feed.

Draft first, explicit confirmation

OpsBond prepares a draft request. Nothing is registered until the customer confirms that exact draft.

Sent to reception is not an appointment

After “Yes”, the request is queued for reception and the reply says plainly that it is not a confirmed appointment.

A structured record for staff

Reception sees request ID and revision, who it is for, service, preferred time, contact, state and next action.

Revision history, not overwrites

A change creates a new revision; reception sees the previous submitted revision alongside it.

Requests for someone else

A request for a friend becomes its own record, and changing one request leaves the other untouched.

Cancellation recorded, not assumed

The system asks before cancelling. The record shows clinic confirmation of the cancellation as not yet recorded.

Medical hold

A reported active skin condition pauses routine booking until medical review. No automated clearance is issued.

Urgent safety escalation

Heavy bleeding stops routine booking, tells the customer to seek emergency care and sends an urgent case to humans. No diagnosis, no emergency dispatch.

Honest status

Asked whether an appointment is confirmed, the customer is told the truth: there is none yet.

Voice messages use the same Clinic core, with Persian spoken replies. The recordings above focus on text.

Separate voice track

Realtime multilingual voice

A realtime spoken-conversation system, built and physically executed: live microphone input, spoken playback, interruption handling and language locking, tested with human speakers.

Next: phone-line deployment through the provider-neutral telephony layer.
